A sad report on the state of fostering in the UK today.

"I had Dave for a while. He was the best of the recent lot. Arrogant little fucker but not so bad. Then there was that one that used to clomp around the house like a rhinoceros with burnt feet. Dancing she called it. Dancing.

After that they sent the one who couldn't even dress himself in the morning, the less said about him the better and now I've got a right spoilt little brat who thinks she is really clever. But isn't. Probably the worst of the lot. At least I don't think she'll be here long before they move her on.

No wonder I've been staying up all night chasing foxes out of the garden."
