Does anyone else feel let down that there aren't a dozen replies already saying I'll shag her and she'll not have to worry about an orgasm?

It’s def a thing in men too and recurrent at points. No answers tho, I’m afraid, although a few possible reasons came up.

When I give my girl a powerful orgasm she can't see for a few seconds and trembling (no blindfold jokes)

Please please see a GP and get blood pressure checked.

Might help to buy a checker for home to check it at those times and keep a diary.

Not something to ignore OP. This is often how underlying issues are discovered and prevention or treatment is infinitely better than an emergency or worse. Equally could be totally harmless but peace of mind will help her enjoy it.

Good luck

It's a common thing and linked to changes in blood pressure/boold vessels constricting. Mostly harmless but if its something that's not happened prev it may be worth a check up just for piece of mind.

Definitely get this checked. Most likely it's nothing to worry about but serious causes should be looked for.

Actually it will be a pretty standard thing. Doctors are trained to be professional. That kind of attitude is why we struggle to talk about sex and associated issues

Apologies for the attitude.

Yes. I do. If it’s really intense I get almost like a mini migraine.

It’s quite normal though. I’ve looked into it before but can’t remember the exact reason for it. There’s been a few threads on it too on here and other places.

Can't help I'm afraid.

The only experience I have with orgasms and headaches are the ones my ex wife used to get every time I suggested sex resulting in 99% of my orgasms happening without her being in the room.

I have to agree with this. Certainly not something that is common, so should be checked out.

Some orgasms can even cause mild amnesia. In both men and women.

Apparently it isn't appropriate to make that type of joke on a swinger's forum.

That explains why I can't remember when I last had one.

"I can only imagine what the GP does to test the symptoms"

Blood test, blood pressure test, ETC, urine sample. Potentially a scan, a heart monitor.

Very unlikely any sexual related tests will be done since the issue is headache and likely blood pressure related. Potentially dehydrated.

On a serious note OP I used to get a really bad migraine on orgasam about 5 years ago

Got myself checked out and they never really got to the bottom of it? There was talk of over exertion causing it and it seems to be a thing that a lot of people go through at some point in their lives.

Cleared up on its own after several months and taking it easy

Viagra is known for this, so maybe cialis or other meds might be to blame. Coffee and booze do too.

Also is she prone to migraines, ask a pharmacist if you can't get a gp appointment at the moment.

Stress really causes loads of problems, even tight pony tails and eyesight/glasses can ruin the mood.

Same. May I just drop the words "banging headache" and not be judged?

Probably not, joking apparently is frowned upon if the subjective nature of humour doesn't meet their bar.
