I would say sausage but not all sausages are created equal. Needs to be 90%+ pork sausage OR 70% plus linconshire or cumberland sausage otherwise bacon instead

And ALWAYS HP with sausage or bacon

But you'd not want a traditional one in terms of the look....short and wide...but spicy

I just found thier website and am now really damn hungry, definitely going to have to pop over to the shop and show some support for local businesses, I've been up this way three years now so it's about time I started exploring a bit more lol
