We are thinking of buying some items from 'LoveHoney' but want to know what their service is like in terms of dispatch times and refunds for returned items (unused of course).

Very quick delivery and you have a year to return for any reason!!!

Ordered some stuff from bondara earlier this year cos it was a little cheaper but all but one of the toys died within a month but outside the returns deadline.

I'll be sticking with love honey in future.

Ive always bought from bondara and one bullet didnt work when it arrived they did say theyd replace it..... But they didnt..... Then my rabbit died on me aaaawwwww

Ordered by 3 o'clock one day and recieved the parcel at 10 oclock the next morning, and it was a Saturday.

I have never sent anything back but you have a year to do it in.

they are very good, and their service is brilliant. Have had to return one or two items, one was a fitting issue, and the other because I'd brought the wrong batteries, and not realised til they had replaced and redelivered it
