Medium rare. I like a bit of almost burnt on the outside and bloody on the inside.

Seal it in the pan and then set it in the oven until it's medium done

Soft... juicy... all those little strands just separating.

Can't bear the cold jelly texture of rare

I like it rare. Unfortunately, if I'm eating out that can be under-cooked.

So, I just settle for medium and if it's under-cooked it's perfect.

I like my plate to look like an abbatoir's sluice-gate after my steak's rested.

And hung for at least 28 days, with lovely yellow fat.

Medium rare. We had a beautiful fillet at the weekend. We were child free so made the most of not having to pay for 4 meals

In my mouth. There was a time it could still be mooing and I’d eat it, but now I’m back to medium rare. I don’t have steak enough as I’d like.

Sounds like a vagina....

Classic neurodivergent me. We talk about sex and I think about food. We talk about food and I think about sex.

medium cooked by me or a steakhouse. I refuse to eat steak at any other type of restaurant. It's either burnt or tough or still cold in the middle. Yuk!
