Pasta and potato mixed to the consistency and taste of lumpy wallpaper paste. Needs a seriously good sauce on it to make it edible.

A little lump with potatoes.

It has the juice. It has the JUICE.

It's riced potato mixed with 00 flour (pasta flour) and usually egg (flax eggs work if you are vegan). You make your dough and roll into little dumplings. Add to boiling water and once they start to float (2-3mins) they are done. Can be made with pumpkin, carrot, beetroot etc instead of potato. Serve with olive oil and black pepper.

It's mashed potato with flour added bit of salt / oil. Then boil until it is akin to a rubber blob ...... serve with the sauce of your choice.......

Treat it as pasta but expect to feel like the school bully has forced you to eat all the rubbers in the stock cupboard.
