"Jerk chicken and curried goat. Yours? I’m looking for a curried goat recipe x J x" Chopped goat on the bone (careful as goat bone can be sharp). Onion diced Garlic diced Sweet potato diced Carrot sliced Hot curry powder Add cayenne pepper for extra heat Lamb seasoning Drop of Worcestershire sauce Small amount of tomato paste Thyme chopped Teaspoon allspice Black pepper Lamb stock cube Chopped scotch bonnet Don't fry it Put everything in a pot on a low heat. Small drop of oil. Simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Add water if necessary but it should make its own juice. Longer if you use mutton. Serve with rice and peas and chunks of steamed yam. | |||
