Pliers or the old 'tie it to a bit of string attached to a door handle and slam the door' routine?

I'm amazed with rhe lack of NHS dentists these days that there aren't loads of Facebook dentists offering to whip them out by hooking then up to the back of a Corsa and driving off at speed!
