A box at end of your bed

If its a blackout does that mean we can still use our computer and TVs just not have the lights on. Going to be hard on the younger generation that haven't been through power cuts in their lifetime and can't do without computers, xboxs, PlayStation or Internet.

I can remember sitting in the dark in front of a coal fire with candles for light in power cuts back 70s was part of the fun of growing up back then.

Been there done that 1973/4 in hairdressing . Roll’em up in the morning send them home to dry and back in pm . We had a list of mornings and afternoons throughout the week when Leckie was off . At least we had a gas cooker to warm up by .

Didn’t have solar lights and other bits back then .
