Lol this has been going in our porn industry (usa / Budapest / Brazil ) for the last 6 - 8 years ish I have seen many model friends getting the punni plump

it’s been very successful with women 40+ where they take some fat and replump up. As we age (male or female ) our bodies lose fat layers in areaa which make us look less youthful. This just readdresses it’s somewhat.
