Lincolnshire

Bread with chilli jam, goats cheese and avocado - it’s delicious.

Put a poached egg on top for the win - although that is breakfast material

I will often have leftover food from the day before for breakfast.

It's funny how we see certain foods as only for certain times of the day.

Steak chips and peas whilst watching Chris Evans on the big breakfast was not uncommon

Ah, well, now... You touch on a pet hate if mine here because I abso-tively poso-lutely will not ABIDE eating anything other than breakfast items at breakfast time. I'm slightly (but only slightly) less rigid for lunch and dinner, but if I can't have my tea and toast in the a.m. for WHATEVER "reason", then heads are likely to roll.

I used to have a pt who was a Chinese herbalist /healer, we met each day at sunrise for Qigong, then ate steak and eggs & a spirulina drink. It worked really well I was so fit and strong.
