It’s a nice fantasy I’m sure for many, but honestly if I was a tradesman entering a customers home the last thing I would do would be get sexual with anyone.

And besides. Most tradies that have given me a quote in recent years (along with car salesmen and insurance brokers) would most likely get a swift 'fuck off' rather than a 'ooh, please come shag the Mrs'.

I like to haggle but if the start point is off this planet I'm out.

Also, the reality is problematic. What happens if the job goes wrong? Do you want the worry that they're going to let everyone know your kinks if there's a dispute with a few thousand pounds at stake?
