Had a flat on my way to the gym, got soaking wet chhanging the wheel, scraped my knuckles, loads of dramas going on at work, office got flooded last night so I got called out and got loads of shite bills to pay...

Otherwise today is gonna be a good day...currently in the gym beating tbe shite out of a punch bag
