You don’t often find bacon still with the rind on these days, but I used to cut that off, although only to fry it off separately to render out the fat and use that for fried bread, otherwise eat the lot!

Rind on bacon is the best. I asked my local butcher about getting some in but apparently it costs more than rindless

Never buy streaky bacon and cut the fat off the bacon I do buy as well as the fat of all meat. Just don’t like the fat
