So anyone know much about neck & shoulder pain with headaches?

Will a ruddy hood massage help?

Do I need more peace?

Lotions & potions?

Send your remedies

Always curious

GP first, or maybe a physio. You need to know what the root of the problem is. Massage would help if it's tension headaches.

I actually had this yesterday, tiger balm rub massage and good night sleep. Woke up feeling better.

I'm going to disagree with chiropractor as a first resort. Anything accompanied by headaches needs a GP.

In the meantime look at posture, repetitive actions, are you remaining in one position for long periods, stress, tiredness, pillows, sleeping position etc.

You need to be able to get an appointment, that's an extreme sport in itself

I would recommend a good physio. Mine pointed out something I didn’t know, and the rehab is really helping, and it’s a long term benefit, as I can keep it strong now.

Well it's usually a triage service these days, nurse practitioner could advise.

Cheeseville, Somerset

Slam your knob in the fridge door or drop something heavy on your bollocks.

It won't cure the shoulder/back/headache issue but it will take your mind off it.

I'd book GP, but also book into see physio in parallel

Have you considered one of those special neck pillows?
