I say this so many times to myself! I would say it's because I'm getting older but I've always been a bit scatty brained. Stand up to do something and by the time you've stood up you've forgotten what you was going to do.

How many of you do this? lol

Worthing

I have a calendar in my bedroom with tasks written on it. Also phone calendar. It's difficult to forget anything!

My ability to remember song lyrics from the 80s far outweighs my ability to remember why I came upstairs.

Sunderland

Every time I go upstairs for something I just go to the toilet and come back down empty handed.

All the time, if its not written down then there is no hope for me remembering.

For me it's due to being low in b12 and I am currently well over due my next jab.

I'm hoping it's due to this as if not I am fecked!
