"His locks are now taken of I cut round them the police told me I could do that. They are undamaged I took pics as did my mum's neighbour his bike is now locked in the shed with a new lock that we put on . He has received a note saying if he needs access to text me and I will respond in 48 hours. If he cuts my lock of it will be classed as criminal damage the police said. I don't think the police man liked him very much lol" Good work!
