Pool or spa in SE London

I am looking for recommendations for somewhere to get fit in SE London or Docklands.

Ideally somewhere with a nice pool (small is fine) and maybe a sauna.

My local leisure centre looks pretty grotty.

I wouldn't mind an adult spa - but really the intention is to get some exercise.

As you are looking to get fit and excercise, might you be better looking for a gym than a small pool and sauna ?

Thankyou Sally. I am looking to get fit.

A gym would be fine. Waht I dont want is somewhere with lots of weight lifting.

I need some gentle cardio workouts.

I have stayed at hotels with small pools and enjoyed them. An outdoor pool too when it was hot.

A sauna earlier this year made me feel quite good afterwards.
