"Is it wrong not to be joyful esp when thinking of people A) that dont deserve u to be thinking about them B) thinking about people whom are no longer with us Not being a bah humbug but just wonderd how other people feel or cope " We all manage our emotions in different ways. All I will state is, try to remember the happier times if possible and look back at the ones who have passed and recall them happy times and share your memories with friends and family members.

"I'm not sure there are right or wrong emotions, they just 'are' , somebody saying "you shouldn't feel like that" ain't gonna change how you feel, and why should it, they're your feelings " Exactly so, I am happy as I see my children and grandchild over Christmas and can spoil them all for a day or two. Sad when I think of how much my partner would have loved to see his son growing up. Happy when I remember my own childhood Christmases. Sad that the Christmas 'magic' is waning as my kids grow older. Each day is up and down happy sad good bad, emotions don't come with a dimmer switch you can turn up and down.
