wobbly bellies

Ive got 5.

I like to grab them and wobble them up and down, its very therareutic.

Or blow them out so I look 6 months preggers

Or suck them in and try and see if i can remember what ribs look like

Dont you just love wobbly bits

i used to do the truffle shuffle to amuse my family got a fiver a time for it....offer now and they start to vomit lol!! hell my wobbly bits part of me u dont like them u dont need to be near them is my opinion!!! look like a sharpie puppy when i sit down and have been known to do the im a pregnant woman stunt to jump a toilet que....x

i'm fat i'm proud and i don't care, ok i'd like to be like i was as a 20 something,

but at 53 i think what i am now is what i'll be till they nail down the lid.

after all is it not my other attributes that matter? more than my wobbly bits

I can't say that I love my wobbly bits, but I'm not ashamed of them either...they're my wobbly bits and if someone don't like 'em...they can just move on.

At the end of the day whether I'm 12 stone or 22 stone (yes I was once) I'm still the same person (albeit with psychodelic legs at the moment

thighs are renowned to be a problem area to tone up, only key excerises target them, other than that nothing helps
