Titz Towers, North Notts

Hi, I'm Tina Titz and I'm confused. Do we need to get a passport before we can insult someone, or will a council tax bill and 2 other forms of ID suffice?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I think I get it.

This is about the 'but' that prefaces an insult. For example:

Not being offensive, but [insert offensive and insulting remark].

I'm not saying you're fat, but [insert offensive and insulting remark].
