When a woman meets a new guy, the first question from a friends is - what does he do?

Is it true? And are they both shallow, or not?

I would ask what they do for a living, but it wouldn't be my first question.

Is he nice, what does he look like, where does he come from, has he got children, does he live local.....but the questions would be driven by her response to any question.
