If folk in their 30s could stop describing themselves as “older” in their profiles that would be great.

Thanks.

Love from folk in their 40s.

If people in their 30s think they are "older" I wonder where that leaves me, now in my 80s. Answers on a postcard please

Can I sign this card? I thought I was still young in my 30s. 40s is now feeling old

Since becoming a thirtysomething I am apparently now a bit of a Mrs Robinson figure to guys in their twenties. They tell me I look "good for my age" and how they're looking for an "older woman" - what, like five minutes older?

A teenager I know said he saw me on Tinder recently. I told him he needed to sort his age settings out.

If 30s is 'older' then we must be positively ancient

When I was 24 only my friend's Mums fancied me. I suppose they would have been in their late 40s/early 50s. No-one my age.

Now I AM approaching that age, I either get messages from 18-29 year olds wanting a Daddy Dom, or very occasional ones from much older people in their 60s. Much love to both groups, and certainly no offence intended, but I wonder why I seem such a sex-free space to my own generation?

Ah,well. Time hurries on, and the leaves that were green turn to brown, as dear old Paul Simon sang.

I was asked if I'd be interested in an older gentleman. He was 42, the same age as me!

30s is a odd age

As you can’t call your self

Young or old

From my vantage point you can call yourself young until you're about 40

I hear you. When I was in my late teens, early 20s (and quite a bit beyond), I had some wild times with folk in their mid-late 30s and early 40s. I could do with some of that “young me” magic now!

Also the energy. And skin. And hair!

It is a beautiful song. Big 90s nostalgia bonus too.

If he’d lived to this age… it would have been re-recorded as “lover, I would come over, but I’ve just got comfy for the night, and I’ve got early meetings in the morning”.
