If y ok here regularly feeling miserable can you re-evaluate what you’re doing?

Could you change whatever is the primary cause of these blues ie Job, commute whatever?

Here's something thats a mood changer...

Spend one minute talking aloud to yourself; a gratitude eulogy...

I am grateful for...

You'll be surprised at how quickly your mood changes after doing it

Newry Down

If such a phenomenon does exist, then one way to beat it, is to be very busy on the previous day, which is traditionally used as a day of R and R, and use Monday as a day for catching up on chores: washing, cleaning, etc., and the start the week on Tuesday fully refreshed!

I enjoy the perverse joy of Schadenfreude by being in bed, whilst others are obliged to rise to work at tasks they detest, with colleagues in a similarly foul mood!
