So Mr has asked me to arrange a meet for us for his Birthday that’s coming up. He usually organises the meets as I don’t excel at forum usage etc.

What he’s looking for is a surprise, where he doesn’t know who or what until the day.

Any tips on how to go about this? Keep it on this account? Setup a new account?

Your best bet is someone who you've met before and know that the dynamics work.

People are often suspicious of surprises and there's always the likelihood of them not turning up or not being what you expected.

The other option is a night away and a club visit
