Nope it's only three days of decadent eating/drinking for us ... no presents to speak of (unnecessary commercialism) as all adults now but awesome friends/family get togethers which we just love!

And like the rest of Europe we celebrate all on the 24th too!

I'm not a fan if I'm honest, it's all a lot of unnecessary hype and commercialism. I'll be sick of hearing Mariah Carey and Slade by November, I'll get tetchy because the shops are all crowded with people buying pointless stuff that their friends and relatives don't want, and I'll have to endure a tedious work do

That is good and germany knows how to put on a great christmas market as well. I remember when I was in köln years ago, there was a big christmas market, lots to see and do, it feels like it was yesterday

Can't be arsed with it. Don't have a partner or kids, can't be arsed with the commercialised nonsense, and overall just find it depressing. So I'll be working and waiting for it to be over.
