"If you're struggling going to bed rather than sleep then I'd look up "sleep procrastination". Basically you need to feel like you've been more productive for yourself during the day and it goes away. You can use mind over matter once or twice a week but the root cause will stop that being effective. Good luck. " Thank you | |||
