When someone checks if you're single?

Probably says a lot about me, but I do. I'm like "aww you think I can get a boyfriend, bless your heart"

In my case I think it’s because they would find it incredulous that anyone would want to be with me

I find it annoying when I’m questioned why rather than if

Titz Towers, North Notts

Hi, I'm Tina Titz and when people ask if I'm single, I think they really mean do I have a carer/social worker with me and if not, why not?

It's usually the first question on here when chatting with someone, as if stating it clearly on the profile and then suddenly being asked is going to cause a forced error lol.

But ya know, women, not reading profiles, #amirite?

The forced error tactic is legit. If your profile is legit, you’ll never mess up. I bet MANY people trip up with such simple checking

HA yeah sometimes if I spot the tiniest of tiniest red flags I'll just go "I have a feeling you're attached..". Sadly I'm always right.

When someone you're talking to asks if you're single so they can make sure they're not the bit on the side

I ask men to check - why shouldn't they ask me? Don't either of us are giving a compliment.

Hi . Why couldn’t you get a boyfriend ?

You r sexy n good attitude i see why not ?

I’m sure you wouldn’t struggle

I asked that to ladies before . As they profile has nothing in it .

So I ask : what’s your story , single , kids ?

And intention is only to find out how busy the lady could be to ask her out for a social …

Find a way to see her with out pressure x x

And as well to know a bit more about her ,

I’m not good at flirting … but I like to know about a lady slowly as we chat ….

I prefer to ask what their relationship situation is.

If they're single, they usually add info on why, how long, or about their last split.

If not, they occasionally describe a non monogamous relationship (mainly toxic) but usually confess they're cheating.

I find an open question gives people more of a chance to show their true colours.
