Oh, and I take a male multi vitamin daily. No idea if it’s doing any good or not, but I seem to be in reasonably good health

Vit B complex, Magnesium, Vit C with zinc when I'm run down, vit D, sometimes probiotics. I must admit I am terrible at remembering them so it's a hit and miss often.

Nothing at the moment. I took 1000mg vit C daily for a long time on advice of a private GP to avoid getting coughs and colds but I think my natural immunity is now so high now I don’t need it.

I try to get min 60 seconds of sun on me every single day when it’s possible. The rest I get from food , I do a test every 3-6 months to check

Stockport

A white one, a pale cream one, a slightly darker cream one, one that's a sort of translucent capsule with stuff inside it. Then a smaller white one that the doc prescribes, and one that's a capsule red at one end, blue at the other, although sometimes they come from a different company and are yellow.

Washed down with cranberry juice.

I'm supposed to take Glucosamine and Evening Primrose oil. I have the remnants of my last course of prescribed Vitamin D in my cupboard I forgot about.

I forget to take supplements even though I take other medication daily.

I have to keep mine by the kettle or I'd find them covered in dust in six months

I saw doctors, specialists, tried every imaginable cure and some unimaginable. When I was in India a doctor took one look at me and said "vitamin b deficiency" and she was right.

"Becare read the side effects. A friend end up in hospital because of excess vit D. This gave him a high blood calcium. It took ages to workout whete it was coming from."

If taking Vit D regularly be sure to combine it with Vit K2 to be sure that the calcium is absorbed into your bones and not arteries etc.

Some Vit D supplements have combined K2 in the same capsule because of this.

I take most of mine for my menopausal symptoms, I try it and see what alleviates them, my feet used to be volcanos until I took menopause support supplements.

I like to ask just incase I've missed anything

If you take vit D, you should take K2 and Magnesium as co factors.

I take methyl folate and do B12 injections.
