Does anyone have an love or preference for something but only enjoy it once in a while? And therefore the appreciation for it is more intense.

I do lots of walking but very little jogging due to my Asthma.

But when I do jog (badly) I find it really exhilarating.

Heels. Used to live in them until the covid lockdowns now even on a night out I’m usually in trainers.

Port and Stilton.

I love it but I know over indulgence can (and certainly would for me) end in death!

Drinking alcohol. I love a good cocktail, gin, or pint of lager, but I probably only have a drink 4 or 5 times a year.

I love Port. I have it on an IV drip during the winter months.

And cheese......

Do you inhale or just swirl the smoke around your tongue and palate? (serious question)

Doughnuts from a place called Project D. Fuck off massive, indulgent doughnuts but only get them once in a while as a treat

Worthing

Live gigs. Used to attend a lot in my teens up to 40s. Seen most of the 'big' bands but too expensive and tiring now. A lot have also seen better days.

Being social…

I prefer a night in, snuggled on my sofa with a good book and a very good red… but every now and then I have this urge to go out and make a total twat of myself

No, you just make love to them. If they want dialogue then that's at your discretion.

Ex husbands.

Oh you're a lucky devil, getting two emotes in a row.

For me it's drinking. I don't like the hangxiety the following day. The hangover. The general lethargy. Although hangover sex is one of the best in all its lazy, intense fuckery. But I do love having a drink. And flirting. Letting my hair down.

I think after this weekend, I'm going to not for a few months.

Any large social event involving lots of interactions. Three or four times a year is fun but quite enough.

Ah large social events are exhausting aren't they? So much fun but it's easy to become people'd out.

Playing video games.

I have a raspberry pie machine with about 50 thousand retro games on it.

I don't keep up with modern gaming closely, but will get that out and play a 2 player old school beat em up if I have a friend round.

I prob only play it twice a year, tops

Alcohol. I went without alcohol for a lot of years and didn’t miss it at all then one day I was sat near a red wine and I was tempted into drinking again. I had a brief dalliance with gin, which was like revisiting my younger years now I am not drinking again and not missing it. I occasionally have a alcohol free gin but that’s it.

Try Tanquery 0.0%. It's superb.

In my happy place

A takeaway pizza.

Sometimes you just need it.

Local shop, not a chain.
