I thought I'd have a little look at the new men search and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement, nearly all of them are shadows. Not tempting to even press on then to find out more. Why ?

Pretty sure 95% of newbies are going to be shadows until they figure things out or get pictures moderated, men or not

Only difference is pictures take an age to be checked as a single bloke

It took us about a week before we added our first picture. If you've never used the site before it's not obvious what you're doing, especially if you're using a computer rather than a phone.
