A Dwarf is categorised by the LPA (Little People of America) as someonone 4ft 10" and under

I met a little lady for a social. She was on badoo though not here. She genuinely said she was sick and tired of meeting other little people as that's the done thing in their lives and was after sexual encounters with the giant folk . We never got round to the sex part as we didn't really click.
