Every so often after a really hard workout I cook a mega breakfast sandwich.

Layer of toast

Layer of sausage

Layer of toast

Layer of bacon

Layer of toast

Layer of egg

Layer of beans ( not too much bean sauce)

Hot sauce

Ooh yesterday I made us a breakfast wrap... sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown, tomato, cheese slice ... and tomato ketchup. Totally yumstastic and filled us up all day.
