Sheffield

I'm sat out with just a t-shirt on.

Mind you, I am in Malta!

But I'm going to freeze when I get home later today.

Apparently it's going to be a sunny day in Sheffield, but only just getting above freezing - hope you've got a thick coat

I'm only home for about 16 hours so I think I survive! Long enough to wap the heating on high and do some laundry, repack and off again.

I might even get the tree out!

Yeah my house is well draughty, have even kept my coat on after work a couple of times. Today I'm off to buy a couple of cosy cardigans and warm slippers though... it's cheaper than buying new front and back doors

i sorted the draughts from the front and back doors by getting a curtain rail and door curtain off ebay.

saves a lot of heat and makes downstairs much warmer

Cold??? I don't know what you are talking about, haven't put my heating on yet and probably won't til it drops another 5 degree's.............

Hang on, may thats why visitors don't stay to long

But always a good excuse to snuggle under duvet when they do stay

I prefer the cold, as I cannot stand the heat.

Hence I go camping in a tent in winter, lovely!

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

The coldest outdoor temperature I have experienced was -20 in a little village in Bavaria with about 4 feet of snow. Could only stay out in it for around 30 minutes at a time so kept popping in to a cafe for hot chocolate. It was lovely and picturesque if a tad freezing but layers of clothes made it comfortable enough. However, staying out too long made the tears in your eyes begin to freeze, hence having to pop back inside every now and then.

And the trains were still running!
