" Having been hooked up to all sorts of monitors…… On a good night I get about 2 hours of good deep sleep, then cat nap the rest of the night…… Have not slept well for decades, and have have tried meditation, breathing excercises, white noise, cutting caffeine out of the diet, everything anyone could think of really and none of it works. | |||
