a Primark shoebox in Leicester

Today I shall be breaking from the Sunday roastie tradition and will be having stuffed jacket spuds with lunch.

I am more a rice and pasta person as they are easier to batch cook and re-heat nicely.

However, I do love very crispy roast spuds, roasted in animal fat, of course

Or chips, again, best ones I have had were fried in animal fat

Not had roast spuds at home since my late partner's death, as I could never made them as well as he did
