Not sexual ones, ya filthy animals, but have you chosen to do something outside your comfort zone?

Yesterday, while on holiday I sang karaoke. Its something that I never do, as I'm not confident enough, but thought, 'sod it, push my boundaries, what's the worst that can happen'? so gave it a go'

So let's hear what you've done.

I have (had) a fear of heights.

So I did a tandem skydive from 14,000 ft a few years ago.

Quite liberating isn’t it?

Well done on stretching yourself with the karaoke - it’s not easy getting up in front of everyone and being the centre of attention when you lack confidence, that took some balls

Wow! Doing a skydive with a fear of heights - that's jumping in at the deep end! Well done.

Thanks, yes was liberating, so may do some more, just to build confidence. Watch out for my first album!

Something I've done at a couple of group socials... Dancing

I hated it because I was so incredibly self aware of every awkward movement I made but once I started, I just learned to let myself go
