If I'm having a healthy day, then peppers and carrot.

If I'm having a none healthy day, crisp sandwich and a wispa.

A nice pasta salad is always good for lunch. Or a freshly made sandwich as not keen on the usual bread you get in the prepacked ones.

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Fried egg on buttered toast or an egg poached in vinegar & water on toast...

But the egg has to be runny OR ELSE!

If I am working from home alone then I have crackers and cheese or occasionally I buy a sandwich out.

If Mr NBVN is working from home too then he makes us poached egg on toast.
