Mirror, Mirror ...On The Wall???

Just bought myself a BIG mirror for the bedroom - like, five feet by three! I had intended to fit it to the wall at the head of the bed but then a fellow (straight female) Fabber let me know that hers is on the bedroom ceiling!!! By show of hands - whose bedroom mirrors are where, and why?! Extra points for any naughty anecdotes you'd like to share

Mine sits quite nicely on a built in unit. The mirror sits next to it

I would be worried about it falling on me in bed if it was on the ceiling. Me and my partner have a wall of floor to ceiling mirrors next to our bed. It's pretty hot.

Edinburgh (She/Her)

a 5x3ft glass mirror will be to heavy for a ceiling unless you brace it through the ceiling josts..

If it was mirrored steel it would be thinner and lighter and I would be, plaster board fixings here we go...

We have one that sits on the floor but is about 5 ft high…that gets used a lot of times, sometimes just to place a dildo on it (that’s hot to watch )

Also have a huge mirror at the end of the kitchen table, so when C is bent over the table, we can still look into each other’s eyes and see the fire

I was with a guy who had a mirror above his bed. It was so hot being able to watch from above. But yeah, they do need securing well.

I have ten foot wide by seven foot high set of three mirror sliding doors which covers one whole wall of the bedroom.

I am currently building a four poster King size bed and did think of putting a mirrored ceiling on to it but the sheer weight of it made not a practical idea.

There's a company that specialises in installing stretchy ceilings that are held in place by battens screwed to the walls...I'm sure there a mirror surface version

I have a big mirror on the wall opposite the foot of my bed, but considering I’m the only person who has been in my bedroom since I moved in here three and a half years ago it’s not exactly been much use
