oh silly me I slipped in the shower this morning and cracked my head on the tiles and my side, arm and hand and hip on the side of the bath and then the shower curtain fell on me

quite bruised especially under my boob its so sore and bruising getting worse. Do you think should pop chemist or anything tomorrow? Very much out of action

Painkillers, wine, a onesie and a couple of bags of frozen peas!!!

And baths from now on - they're much safer!!
