Why people have to lie here?

Some men sent me a message today, saying ur so beautiful blah blah. I said thx, I’m relaxing in a hotel in Leeds. His location is in Leeds, and he said regrettably he is down in London. However, this site shows they are on mobile and he is within 10 miles away. I said maybe this site is wrong to show he is near by. I got instantly blocked after that.

Seriously, what’s wrong with people? Why do they have to lie? I didn’t even start the conversation.

Sometimes OP people lie because they are not capable of taking a real step. This person might have a real crush on you but as long as they keep a distance between you and them (or reality and fantasy) then they can keep the fantasy going and not have to deal with any awkward questions about sexuality, relationship status or any other roadblock that is interrupting with the dream that they enjoy.

It's hurtful to you and ultimately they are only lying to themselves.

Real connections even non sexual ones beat masturbating every time. You just have to have the courage to take that step

Pretending you’re something or someone you’re not, eg getting big penis or ripped body pics off t’internet and posting them as your own to try and lure unsuspecting “victims”..

Not sure some one saying they are currently in London…. And the unreliable distance tool on this app saying they are 10 miles away from Leeds shows any sign of catfishing. Who knows why he blocked you. I get all manner of strange occurrences on this site. And strangely get blocked without any contact haha

I quite often block people I don’t want to see on my near to me list. when I don’t pay the monthly fiver. I block all the men so only females near to me show up.
