"My Strava times are down "

That's bad, but you can blame it on a nasty headwind, rather than a head cold.

Eating snacks and nibbles is good for fighting colds.

I get a metallic taste in my mouth and usually a massive surge in getting things done before I crash.

If I sneeze more than twice in a day, it's usually a sign I'm coming down with something.

"What's your telltale sign when you are not feeling right..."

I get spots. Even though I’m a fully-grown adult in my mid-forties. Spots start turning up on my face and I know that means I’ll be ill in the next few days.

Human bodies are WEIRD.

Brain fog and anxiety. Sometimes I think my MH is deteriorating when actually I'm just coming down with a cold.

Oh and sometimes I smell a bit “off” … yeah like I know that sounds weird but when I’m properly ill with a bad cold or whatever I smell different

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Being a big grumpy bollocks!

Got a cold op? That's a shitter...

Depends whether you have a cold, cold & have runny nose. In which case I would have a freshly made ginger tea & honey drink with a splash of lemon in it.

If I had a hot 'n' sweaty temp then I'd go to a Chinese supermarket and have a Fufang Banglangan herbal tea drink. When Chinese people know they have what they think might be hot or cold, cold they do the above. Hoenest!!!

I very rarely get ill. Usually the only symptom is reduced taste and bunged up ears and a higher than usual heart rate when I run.
