A specialist subject of mine! Thin French frites! Best way is Tesco standard chips, defrosted, 1/4ed lengthways, dried in the oven at 150C and then fried at 170C. You're welcome.

Hate skinny fries. Bad for you too as they have a greater surface area to weight ratio and thus contain more fat.

all depends on the mood and the meal.

Those thin chips work fine with a KFC but a pub meal needs thick cut, maybe skin on, or sweet potato
