Do you check other drivers wipers to see if you are being to dramatic or not.

No,I base it on whether I can see well enough or not.Couldn't care less what others are doing with their wipers

Our car turns the wipers on if it feels rain and gets faster the heavier it rains and quicker we go

No. I do notice pillocks who drive without lights on in heavy rain though - they're often difficult to see, due to the reduced visibility hazard.

Many don't need wipers as they are too busy checking facebook on their phone and probably didn't even realise that it was raining !! Instant ban is the only way !!
