visiting the beach

Do you get this sometimes.

Walking along and someone catches your eye, not because they're a supermodel, but just "something".

Then you happen to lock eyes and it seems like they've had the same thought about you.

Then you carry on walking up the street, but with a bit of a smile.

Somewhere In The Ether…

I love those moments; Even though nothing came of it, it nonetheless fills one’s mind with very pleasant, ‘what if’s?’ for a while….

It’s a rare old thing but when it happens it’s a boost to the soul. Sometimes that glint between strangers is all we desire.

No.

I don’t tend to be interested in strangers.

Nah, I’ve literally never had someone look at me and seem atttacted to me.

But I’ve seen plenty of women and done a double take because they’re so pretty. It’s the short hair for me. It does it.

Why would you carry on walking? Surely at that moment of mutual attraction you should be going out on a limb and saying something!

Worthing

Always when I least expect it and seems to be involuntary.

If anyone looks at me like that the insecure side of me thinks she is looking at my big nose or such imperfections. I find it hard to hold eye contact in those cases.

I’ve had those moments. Seen an attractive lady walking along toward me and made eye contact before giving them my #1 smile. The one with the eyes fully involved.

Always gets a smile back, but I’ve never had the balls to follow through and instigate a conversation.

Well yes, thanks for bursting that bubble!

;-)

I have quite an over active imagination, so I'm quite used to reeling myself back in!

Cowardice, wrong timing (late for a meeting etc.), just not wanting to spoil it with reality!

Dubai & Nottingham

I have this occasionally but I have to at least meet them. If I feel it we will begin talking, you know when someone you’ve never met before within a small group is tuned into just you, within a minute or two it’s pretty obvious we’re going to be friends.
