When I stayed in Glasgow, they used the tenement next door for an episode of Taggart. Not an unusual occurrence at the time.

My daughter's house in Pinner was used for a film set. A friend of mine travels the world scouting filming locations. Awesome job...

Somewhere

The Moorings Village , Charlotte House, Islamorada, Florida was used as the main home in the Netflix series Bloodline.

Old Wardour Castle is pretty close to me. It was used for the scene where Brian Blessed as Robin Hood’s dad in Prince of Thieves rode out to meet his end

One of the Transformer films was filmed in Newcastle City Centre. Get Carter obviously and loads have been filmed on the Northumberland coast and Durham Cathedral.

Sussex

As children we visited Saunton Sands while the WWII Anzio invasion scenes from The Wall, were being filmed.

Just along the road from where I live now is Lancing college which I believe was modelled to provide outside views of Hogwarts College for the Harry Potter movies.

As well, I have a place in Granada quite close to several locations used in 1960's Spaghetti Westerns
