Finding my feet again after being off the site for while.

What have I missed?

Share some earth shatteringly mediocre thing that's happened in your life's over the last few months.

Personally, I've decided to start wearing a thumb ring. Edgy!

Hey OP

Trying to think of something mediocre but it's mostly boring to be honest and I may be getting distracted by your pics

I started using breastpumps every 2 hours and taking herbs to induce lactation. Does that count?

One of my favourite things. I've got hooks for mine in my "shed" under the skylights. Love lying there in the rain.

Compliments make me uneasy haha, but Thank-you. I'm on a new phone after losing my last one so... lost all my "stash". Good excuse to take more though.

I bought two sets of those string things that let you hang your glasses around your neck. Very useful, but very un-cool...

Hang on to that tee shirt!

My aunt used to keep a pair of her friend's deceased mother's knickers in her car to clean the windows.

I have a stupendous array of darning and sewing needles, all carefully brought back from Hong Kong in the mid 50s, plus clever Chinese folding scissors

Oh! And several thimbles......

It's a sewing aid shaped like a mushroom that you put inside a sock to darn the holes.

Now that I'd like to see. To take mediocrity to a new level I bought (on separate occasions) vintage sewing boxes with contents. I will probably never use half the stuff lol

There's tons of little handy gizmos she bought in HK. I also have her sewing machine, which also came back from HK. It weighs a TON! I'm surprised the ship made it back to Blighty with their haul aboard
