I've been a swinger for 15 years so not new to this game but now I have a dilemma. I started mentoring a newbie 8 years my junior something I've done before and never had a problem, trouble is I find myself falling for him and haven't a clue what to do.

Ease off seeing him until the feelings fade.

Explain your feelings and if he doesn’t feel the same way then cut off all communication. It sounds harsh but it’s the best way to get over it.

Tell him. If feelings are reciprocated it's great if they're not you'll know and won't spend months wondering.

What kind of feelings?

Love, lust, an emotional bond, jealousy?

Hey fellas won't that just be sexual harrasement? Think of the OP being a bloke and mentee being a younger woman?

To OP, I know you live in Horny Town (giggle) but seriously...

To take your mind off him, I think you should find and shag any fellas on here. I'm sure there will be lots of guys willing. Hell, even pick one who looks like your mentee and shag him senseless.

Then work out your inner feelings as to your emotional response to him. Is there a gap in your physical / emotional needs that is clouding your professional judgement?

And if after all that... And you still have feelings, then maybe speak to him as suggested?

I took it to mean she was mentoring him in swinging. In a work scenario I'd advise keeping it professional

Oh ok... Silly moo me!

Well if that is the case, then this is the minefield of having feelings for fuck-buddies?

Been there... and so a straightforward chat settled it. My ex-fb (who I no longer shag) is one of my besties ever!

So yeah, various outcomes could be at play here... So perhaps a case of thinking through all the possible "playbook" outcomes?

Has he said he's open to an arrangement or more? In general terms

Have the awkward convo. Judge it from there. If that fails, light saber duel with your young padawan.

Then fuck the fancy out of him and see how feel afterwards. See if it's just lust or genuine feelings.

Oh and 8 years difference that's nothing these days x

Here’s my thoughts…..

Although Fab is a swinging site ( or as I like to call it sexually liberated) it is inevitable at some point you are going to meet somebody especially if you meet regularly that you have that emotional connection with.

For me that is what makes the journey even more intense.Building trust and experiencing new things as a duo. Happened for me

Don’t see it as a negative

Have a conversation be open and honest you could both be on the same page and what opportunities that could bring x
