I didn’t really do any and back then the teachers didn’t care anyway.

I think times are a whole lot different now though.

We took it in turns with friends doing it and then copying one another or did it in the morning when getting ready in the bathroom. Having said I did like school and did well to be fair

Bonus points for creativity I presume?

Cheeseville, Somerset

The night before or morning of the day it was due in.

All the way through from my first ever bit of homework through to my uni dissertation.

I was a lazy fucker, but always managed to speed write something that got me through last minute.

I never bothered with homework. Seemed to get it all done in class and not have anything left.

I don't believe in homework of any kind. All work should be left at the work place. This goes for kids at school and adults at work.

Home is a place for relaxing and spending time with family and/or friends.

I rarely did it. It was never much of an issue.

I don’t work outside my working hours either now. Good boundaries learnt by all

Paradise, Herts

I had to do it. Didn’t have a choice. Usually the night before or Sunday night. I wasn’t as strict with mine though, if they had a club or a family occasion after school that was more important in my opinion so id write a note.

We didn't get given homework as we had long school days, 8.15am to 4.pm. When I first started I used to be envious of my friends at other schools that would start at 9 am finish at 3 PM but the difference was we were never expected to do work outside of school except in G.C.S.E years.

Chams or Socials

We had homework most nights. I would try & do it on the night it was given as none of my friends lived near us - my weekends were the free to see them

I used to get weekly detentions towards the end of the term to do all my homework that I missed.

We were both swots and did it on time, sometimes in the school library or at home. I don't recall forgetting to do a piece of homework.

I was a nerd and conscientious about homework. If it was a subject I enjoyed, I actually didn't mind..I liked project work
