Anyone get the lush feeling after the gym when your tired but pumped. Just puts you in a great mood.

I can’t say i do to be honest.

I feel the satisfaction of completing the days program, and the sense of achievement mentally. But I’ve no idea what ‘the pump’ is.

Best insta’pump comes from a calinsethetic work out.

Yep. After spending lunchtime in the office’s gym, I like to go back to my desk with a smile on my face in my sleeveless tops.

Well Arnie said getting a pump was as satisfying as cumming. Never get that myself, although I quite like having a chest or delt pump.
